The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan is called upon to support interethnic and interfaith harmony in the republic in the name of stability and peace. All of us, people of different nationalities, are united by a common thing that has one of the most possible concepts: We are the people of Kazakhstan! And in this, Kazakhstan is a unique state.
In the Solonosky rural district, in the village of Solonovka, the ancient Slavic holiday Ivan Kupala took place - a holiday dedicated to the highest flowering of the forces of nature and the growth of a new harvest. Ivan Kupala is one of the most revered, most important, and riotous holidays of the year.
…To cheerful music, the participants of the event pass through an arch of birch branches, ribbons and flowers. They are greeted with a festive Easter cake.
The site where the event is taking place is decorated with a large banner with the name of the holiday. There are also tables with festive treats. The women standing behind them invite you to try the dishes prepared by the employees of the Solonovsky rural akimat, Malonarymsky and Solonovsky nursery-kindergarten and schools of these villages, as well as libraries and clubs. All the participants were dressed in national Belarusian costumes, with wreaths on their heads, which gave the event a special color and festivity.
And, as usual, the celebration began with a round dance and the “Stream” dance.
The hosts of the event - the methodologist of the House of Friendship Asel Karybaeva and the representative of the council of mothers of the Solonovsky rural district Svetlana Starichkova gave the floor to congratulate Yerzhan Kozhakhmetovich Kaliakhmetov - the representative of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, a member of the council of aksakals and the chairman of the council of veterans of the Ulken Naryn district. He wished those present success in their affairs, prosperity and peace above their heads.
A resident of the village of Solonovka, Kulmayra Sarsembayeva, also expressed her congratulations and wishes.
The hosts of the holiday told how in all cultures, including Slavic ones, Kupala was celebrated at night - everywhere they lit fires and danced in circles, wove wreaths and collected medicinal herbs, which at this time have special power. Bathing has always been an obligatory ritual on Ivan Kupala - it cleansed the body, and jumping over the fire cleansed the soul.
The character traits of any ethnic group are reflected in its culture, creativity and traditions. Belarusians are a vivid example of this. Representatives of the Belarusian ethnocultural association "Krynitsa", which operates at the House of Friendship, have a rich cultural and spiritual heritage that is passed down from generation to generation. The musical program included songs in Kazakh, Belarusian and Russian, traditional Belarusian dances were performed, and folk tunes full of soulfulness and warmth were heard.
The local people gradually gather to the cheerful sounds of music, not just to watch the celebration, but to take part in dancing, games and fun.
The group "Ivushki" performed the Belarusian song "Tsyache voda u yarok".
The hosts then told those present about the Belarusian national costume. It is not just clothing, but the language of symbols, history and spirituality. The costume reflected the age, marital status, social status and even the mood of the woman. Belarusian costumes are rich in embroidery - each village had its own unique ornaments. Colors also mattered. The Belarusian women's costume is not just clothing, it is a reflection of the soul of the people, its history and culture. It was created with love and passed down from generation to generation, like a real family heirloom.
Guests from the neighboring Katon-Karagay District arrived for the event. The Director of the House of Friendship, Anar Manyarova, congratulated the Ryabinushki group on the holiday: "Let the power of nature, water and fire bring inspiration, health and unity to your association. We give you this loaf of bread with all our hearts - as a symbol of the sun, fertility and good wishes," she said, handing over the loaf and a holiday greeting: "On this bright day filled with ancient traditions, let me sincerely congratulate you on the holiday of Ivan Kupala - a celebration of the sun, water, fire and unity with nature.

The vocal group "Tumar" from the village of Altynbel performed the song "Spring on Zarechnaya Street", for the first time the folklore group "Ryabinushki" sang a song in Kazakh "Kazak Eli Osynday", a good impression was left by the musical groups "Bergalochka" from Sennoy - "Ne Vybray Krasivuyu", "Na Gore Kolkhoz" - a group from Mayemer. Daniyar Serzhanov from the Soldatovsky rural district "Lonely accordion" dance group "Zhuldyzdar" of the Solonovskaya secondary school performed a Ukrainian dance. Leader Bauyrzhanova Symbat Bauyrzhankyzy.
Artists of the House of Culture took part in the event, presenting their musical greetings to the audience: Daulet Zhansultanov - "Grass at home", Aibek Kuanyshpaev - "Gray night". Azat Rakhimov and Aibek Kuanyshpaev with the song "Shyn suyu galamat"
These songs lifted my spirits, immersed me in a state of joy, sadness, and inspiration.
The main festive entertainment was jumping over the fire. It was believed that the Kupala fire had magical powers that could protect against illnesses and failures. This opinion persists to this day.
One of the highlights of the holiday were folk games and entertainment organized by vocal groups. They held:
"Take the Wreath" - a fun and romantic game with wreaths
"Voda-voditsa" - a ritual game with elements of a round dance and calls
as well as popular games: “Haystack”, “Kalechina-malechina”, “Malechina-tablecloth”, “Stream”, round dances and dances, which involved everyone - both children and adults.
Guests were treated to festive tables featuring national Belarusian and Kazakh cuisine.

Children and teenagers took part in the games with pleasure.
