Current areas of interaction between Kazakhstan and Poland discussed in Warsaw

Warsaw, July 2, 2025 - Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Zhalgasbayev met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Robert Kupetsky at the Polish Foreign Ministry.
During the conversation, both diplomats exchanged views on the state and prospects of Kazakh-Polish cooperation. They confirmed their mutual readiness to further deepen cooperation in priority areas, including the implementation of agreements reached at the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan and Poland in Warsaw in May 2025.
Special emphasis was placed at the meeting on the issues of continuing mutually beneficial cooperation on multilateral platforms.
The Polish diplomat was informed about the foreign initiatives of President K.Tokayev in the field of international and regional security, as well as on the main aspects of trade and economic cooperation between our country and the EU.
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland stated that Kazakhstan is Poland's most important partner in the region and confirmed his firm interest in further mutually beneficial cooperation with Astana.
Following the meeting, the interlocutors agreed to maintain close contacts on issues of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.
