💠 As part of the continuation of work in the information system “Keden”, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Industry Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan will put into operation the functionality for issuing the act of state control of precious stones, jewelry and other products made of precious metals and precious stones imported into and exported from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the act of state control of rough natural diamonds, taking into account the certification scheme.

From July 8, 2025 the submission and processing of applications for the act of state control will be carried out in the IS “Keden”.

We note that on July 4 this year at 18:30 in the information system “Single Window for Export-Import Operations” will stop accepting applications for the act of state control.

💠Instructions on how to fill in the application, as well as on how to register in the system are available on the main page on the portal https://keden.kgd.gov.kz, as well as in the created separate telegram chat https:// t.me/kedenkgdgovkz/57795 - for the applicant.

Please note that it is necessary to provide valid cell phone numbers and e-mail address when registering in order to receive notifications on application statuses.
