Chernihiv Galina Anatolyevna, one of the most respected employees of the

Department of State Revenue in the Pavlodar region, is completing her career in public service. Galina Anatolyevna began her career back in 1983 in the banking sector, where she acquired deep knowledge in the field of finance.

This experience has become a solid foundation for further work in the civil service. In the early 2000s, she joined the Committee for Work with Insolvent Debtors, which later joined the system of state revenue authorities. Dealing with insolvent debtors requires a special approach – the fate of enterprises, people, and entire production systems is often at stake here.

Over the years, Galina Anatolyevna has participated in the consideration of hundreds of cases related to rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures. Her professionalism, responsibility and exceptional attention to detail made it possible to find optimal solutions in the most difficult situations. Colleagues note Galina Anatolyevna as a person of great inner culture and rigor, but at the same time justice and humanity.

She was always ready to share her experience, mentor young employees, and help in difficult situations, both professional and personal. She has always been distinguished not only by her professionalism, but also by her rare ability to conduct a dialogue, explain complex things in simple language, and defuse tension with restrained benevolence. Galina Anatolyevna is not just a colleague, but a mentor, an example and a person with a big heart.

Galina Anatolyevna Chernihiv is retiring, but her mark on the system of state revenue authorities will remain for a long time – in the memories of colleagues, in deeds, in the gratitude of taxpayers.
