A working meeting was held in the city of Kostanay with the participation of persons with Group I disabilities, organized by the "Employment Coordination Department" and the "Employment Department".

            The meeting focused on the provision of personal assistant services, including assistance during sanatorium-resort treatment. Participants shared their opinions on improving the accessibility and quality of these services.

            During the meeting, the Rules for Providing Personal Assistant Services, approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023, No. 288, were explained. The amendments and additions introduced by the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection dated February 28, 2025, No. 63, were also clarified.

            Special attention was given to the procedure for paying for personal assistant services during sanatorium-resort treatment and the process of obtaining such services.

            Such meetings contribute to increasing the legal awareness of citizens and strengthening trust in the social support system.
