The State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region wants to remind you that the deadline for paying personal property tax for 2024 is October 1, 2025.

According to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is required to pay your 2024 personal property tax no later than October 1, 2025.

This tax is calculated using information on the value of taxable properties, which the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” determines, along with the actual period of their ownership.

The tax was calculated automatically, and owners received this information in June 2025 through push notifications via second-tier bank mobile applications, as well as through the e-Salyq Azamat and eGov mobile applications.

Important: Starting October 2, 2025, individuals who haven't met their tax obligations on time will be notified of their tax arrears.

If the amount owed exceeds 1 MCI, an order for compulsory collection will be issued 30 working days after the notification is delivered. This order is then transferred to private bailiffs within 5 working days.

Additional Consequences:

• recovery of a performance fee of up to 25% of the debt amount.;

• Seizure of bank accounts;

• restriction on leaving the country.

• To avoid additional costs, sanctions, and inconveniences, citizens are advised to pay their tax obligations on time.

You can pay the tax:

• through mobile applications e-Salyq Azamat and applications of second-tier banks;

• on «electronic government» portalkz;

• as well as through ATMs and payment terminals using bank cards.
