Since September 2025, there have been two meeting formats in Kazakhstan. To resolve issues related to the common property of the condominium, the owners of apartments and non-residential premises hold general meetings. The owners of this property vote on the tariff for parking spaces and warehouses. Holding these meetings separately is not prohibited. Accepted meeting formats: * Attendance (through participation) is a form of holding an in–person meeting at the location indicated in the notice. * Correspondence (without participation) – written questionnaire or online voting refers to the correspondence format. The results of voting obtained through the object of informatization in the field of housing relations and housing and communal services are taken into account when summarizing the results of meetings held in turnout and absentee formats. Only owners can participate in voting, and the information system provides a mechanism for confirming (verifying) the owner. That is, before voting, the system must check whether a person is the owner of a specific apartment or non-residential premises. The following persons may initiate the meeting: * Chairman of the association of property owners; * the management entity of the condominium facility; * the house council; * the audit commission (auditor); * at least 10% of the owners of apartments and non-residential premises; * at least 10% of the owners of parking spaces and warehouses; * housing inspection. The organizer of the meeting is obliged to notify the owners of apartments, non-residential premises, parking spaces and warehouses about the format, date, venue and agenda of the meeting five calendar days before the date of the meeting. The decisions of the meeting are formalized by the minutes and come into legal force from the day specified in the minutes. Decisions are made at the meeting on the following issues: 1. The choice of the form of management of the condominium object; 2. The choice of the subject of management of the condominium object; 3. the election, re-election or early termination of the powers of the chairman of the association of property owners, members of the Council of the house and the audit Commission (Auditor) ;
