ANNOUNCEMENT about the competition "Ulgili aul" in Kostanay region

Dear residents of Kostanay region!
As part of the implementation of the Concept for the Development of Rural Territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023–2027, the Concept for the Development of Ecological Culture and the Republican Eco-campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”, the annual competition “Ulgili Aul” is announced among rural settlements of the Kostanay region.
📌The aim of the competition is to stimulate the development of rural areas and increase civic activity.
📌The objectives of the competition are to strengthen environmental culture, develop improvements, infrastructure, leisure and sports activities in rural areas.
📅 Application deadlines:
from 09:00 on August 8 to 18:30 on August 17, 2025

Be sure to attach supporting documents and a video about the village.
The assessment will be conducted according to 19 criteria
🎁 Winners will be determined in 3 nominations:
among supporting villages
among satellite villages
among other villages
