Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov visited the Auliekolsky district as part of a working trip, where he inspected key facilities of the agro-industrial complex, infrastructure and social sphere, and also held a meeting with residents.

Dairy farm in the village of Zhosaly

Construction of a modern dairy farm for 1,000 heads is starting near the village of Zhosaly. The company will produce over 9,000 tons of milk per year and create 43 jobs. The priority for employment is the residents of the village of Zhosaly.
The project cost is 5.375 billion tenge, of which 605 million tenge are the investor's own funds, and 4.77 billion tenge are borrowed funds of JSC SEC Tobol. Work will begin in September 2025 and be completed in November 2026.

Preparation for the harvesting campaign

On the fields of INSPEK LLP, the akim of the region met with agricultural producers of the region. We discussed the organization of harvesting operations, state support measures and the renewal of agricultural machinery.
This year, 207 billion tenge was allocated to farmers of Kostanay region, which is 20% more than in 2024. The funds were used for concessional lending, subsidizing mineral fertilizers and purchasing machinery.

New housing for the residents of the area

Reconstruction of the former dormitory building for a 24-apartment apartment building with a total area of 1,441 sq. m. continues in the village of Auliekol. The work is carried out by Elorda Invest Stroy LLP at its own expense.
The project includes the construction of engineering networks, landscaping, landscaping and the installation of small architectural forms. After the construction is completed, the apartments will be transferred to socially vulnerable citizens, which will reduce the waiting list for housing in the area by 7.2%.

Open dialogue with the residents

The working trip ended with a meeting with the residents of the district. The governor of the region answered questions, discussed plans for the development of territories, construction and repair of infrastructure, measures to support villagers and attract investments.
