In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the conclusion of collective agreements between employers and employees is one of the key instruments for regulating labor relations, contributing to the establishment of a stable and constructive social dialogue.
We recommend that, in accordance with the established procedure, the digitization of existing collective agreements and their placement in the relevant state information systems (in the information system hr.enbek.kz ).
The digital format of the collective agreement allows:
ensure reliable and long-term storage of documents;
increase the availability of information to stakeholders;
simplify the processes of monitoring compliance with the provisions of the agreement;
update the data in a timely manner when making changes;
to increase the level of trust between the employer and employees.
This letter is aimed at improving the effectiveness of cooperation within the framework of labor legislation, strengthening social partnership mechanisms and creating a modern, transparent and digital work environment.
