The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Abai region, within the framework of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated March 26 of this year No. 218 "On approval of the Rules for conducting unscheduled certification of employees of the Internal Affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
(hereinafter referred to as the Order), announces the unscheduled certification.

The goal is personnel planning for the next quarter to promote employees to higher management positions.

Employees holding positions according to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
dated September 29, 2022, No. 773, those belonging to the nomenclature of the Minister, Deputy Minister, as well as the accounting and control nomenclature of the Ministry and expressing a desire to undergo an unscheduled certification submit a report according to the sample and a track record compiled through the Documentologist system to the Department of Educational and Personnel Work of the UIS Department for the Abai region no later than five working days from the moment of publication of the ad.

Employees are not allowed to take part in the unscheduled certification.:

1) do not meet the minimum qualification requirements for senior positions (Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 12, 2020 No. 463).

2) having valid disciplinary penalties;

3) employees who are subject to official or pre-trial investigations.

Qualification requirements:

For the position of Head of the security Department of institution No. 19 (C-SGU-8):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least three years of work experience in law enforcement service;

2) at least four years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;

3) at least four years of experience in public service;

4) at least six years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Deputy Head of the educational institution of institution No. 20 (C-SGU-2):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least seven years of work experience in law enforcement service, including at least one year in positions not lower than categories C-GP-4, C-OGP-4, C-RGP-1, C-AGP-4, C-KGP-2, C-OKGP-2, B-PK-4, B-RKO-3,C-SV-8C-SVO-4, C-SVR-3,C-SVU-3,C-SN-3, C-SSP-3, C-SGU-6, C-FM-3, C-FMO-3 or in positions not lower than the next lower category provided for by the staffing table of a particular structural unit;

2) at least seven years of work experience in special government agencies or in military service, including at least one year in senior positions;

3) at least nine years of work experience as a judge;

4) at least nine years of experience in public service, including at least one year in political positions or positions of the "A" corps or positions not lower than categories A-3, B-3, C-3, C-O-3, C-R-1, D-3, D-O-3, E-2, E-R-1;

5) at least ten years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position in these categories, including at least four years in senior positions;

6) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Deputy Head of the Security Department of institution No. 20 (C-SGU-10):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least two years of work experience in law enforcement or special government agencies or in military service or as a judge;

2) at least three years of experience in public service;

3) at least five years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

4) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Deputy Head of the institution for General Issues and organization of labor of convicts of institution No. 23 (C-SGU-6):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least five years of work experience in law enforcement service, including at least one year in positions not lower than categories C-GP-6, C-OGP-6, C-RGP-3, C-AGP-7, C-KGP-4, C-OKGP-4, B-PK-6, B-RKO-5, C-SV-8, C-SVO-5, C-SVO-7*, C-SVR-4 (except for district police inspectors), C-SVU-5, C-SN-6, C-SSP-5, C-FM-5 (investigator in particularly important cases, operative (investigator) in particularly important cases) or in positions not lower than the next lower category provided for in the staffing table of a particular structural unit;

2) at least five years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;

3) at least six years of experience in public service;

4) at least seven years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Head of the Operational Department of Institution No. 23 (C-SGU-8):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least three years of work experience in law enforcement service;

2) at least four years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;

3) at least four years of experience in public service;

4) at least six years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Head of the Department of Probation of the city of Ayagoz (C-SVR-4):

Higher education or postgraduate education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least three years of work experience in law enforcement service;

2) at least four years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;

3) at least four years of experience in public service;

4) at least six years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Head of the Department for the organization of labor of convicts of institution No. 19 (C-SGU-10):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least two years of work experience in law enforcement or special government agencies or in military service or as a judge;

2) at least three years of experience in public service;

3) at least five years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;

4) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

For the position of Deputy Head of the institution for regime and operational work of institution No. 23 (C-SGU-6):

Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;

1) at least five years of work experience in law enforcement service, including at least one year in positions not lower than categories C-GP-6, C-OGP-6, C-RGP-3, C-AGP-7, C-KGP-4, C-OKGP-4, B-PK-6, B-RKO-5, C-SV-8, C-SVO-5, C-SVO-7*, C-SVR-4 (except for district police inspectors), C-SVU-5, C-SN-6, C-SSP-5, C-FM-5 (investigator in particularly important cases, operative (investigator) in particularly important cases) or in positions not lower than the next lower category provided for in the staffing table of a particular structural unit;
