On August 21, 2025, an environmental campaign "Clean Kazakhstan" was held in the village of Katon-Karagai. As part of the campaign, the streets of the village and the surrounding area were cleared of debris, and landscaping work was carried out. All institutions that have contributed to the preservation of the clean environment actively participated in the environmental event.
