Meeting with Entrepreneurs: What Will Change in Tax Legislation from 2026

An “Open House Day” was held at the Eskeldi District Department of State Revenues for residents and entrepreneurs. The main goal of the event was to explain in simple terms the key changes of the new Tax Code, which will come into effect in 2026, and to answer taxpayers’ pressing questions.
During the meeting, specialists presented in detail the innovations introduced into tax legislation and explained changes regarding the most commonly applied taxes – Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
Participants also received information on tax benefits for small and medium-sized businesses, measures aimed at simplifying business operations, and improvements in tax administration. It was emphasized that the new Code focuses on reducing paperwork for entrepreneurs, expanding online services, and simplifying control procedures.
Residents who attended the event were able to ask their questions and receive comprehensive answers from specialists. The opinions and proposals of entrepreneurs were also heard, with an emphasis on taking them into account in future work.
The Open House Day became a useful platform for local residents, helping them better understand the main changes of the new Tax Code.
