1. What are declarations 250-270? How are they different?
Declaration 250.00 - a declaration of assets and liabilities is submitted upon entry into the universal declaration system by candidates for public service for elected positions, reflecting information as of the 1st day of the month of submission of the declaration, as well as by persons owning foreign property and assets as of December 31 of the year preceding the year of submission of the declaration of assets and liabilities.   
Declaration 270.00 is a declaration of income and property, submitted annually by the relevant persons, upon receipt of income subject to independent taxation, upon acquisition/alienation of property, the presence of foreign assets, etc.
2. Deadlines for submitting declarations 250 and 270 (by what date should I submit)?
The deadline for submitting the declaration of assets and liabilities (250.00) and the declaration of income and property (270.00) is no later than September 15.
3. How much should I specify in cash in the declaration? 
According to Article 631 of the Tax Code, cash is indicated in an amount not exceeding the limit of 10,000 MCI established by the law on the republican budget and effective on December 31 of the year preceding the year of submission of the declaration of assets and liabilities of an individual (form 250.00).
Cash is not included in the declaration of income and property (form 270.00). are indicated.

Declarations of forms 250.00 and 270.00 are available on the official website of the SRC, Taxpayer's Office (cabinet.salyk.kz ) on the web portal of the State Revenue Committee; the portal of "electronic government" (egov.kz ) and mobile applications: e-Salyq Azamat, eGov mobile, moldir.qoldau.kz , HalykBank (HALYK), Centercreditbank (bcc.kz ), Kaspi.kz .
