On September 8, 2025, Head of the Political Cooperation Department of the Representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Almasha Arenova participated in “Green Week 2025: Innovation, Education, and Sustainability: The Future of Kazakhstan’s Agricultural Sector”.

The event was organized by the Institute of Green and Sustainable Development at Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU).

The main theme of the participants’ speeches was the development of the agricultural sector through the use of AI technologies for ensuring global food security, as well as the importance of the development of international cooperation.

Special attention was paid to the work of the UN Regional Center on Sustainable Development Goals for Central Asia and Afghanistan in Almaty.
