In his traditional Address to the people of Kazakhstan, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted the complexity of the current global geopolitical situation. In today's complex global environment, investments in education and science are the most reliable capital for the future. At the same time, the international agreement signed yesterday with one of the leading Chinese universities at the initiative of the President marks the beginning of a new era in the field of education in our country. Through the implementation of the dual-degree program, we are going to increase the international reputation of domestic higher education and pave the way for our youth to become globally competitive.
The President's Address noted that Kazakhstan will become a digital state in the next three years. This is a concrete plan to increase the country's potential through the mastery of modern technologies and the introduction of innovations. To achieve this goal, Uzbekali Zhanibekov OKPU is working to educate young people in digital literacy, develop IT education, and support scientific research. We are ready to contribute to the digital transformation of Kazakhstan by combining education and technology.
In his annual address, the President gives special priority to the sphere of science and higher education. This year, he also talks about transferring innovation policy to the competence of the ministry, supporting talented researchers, their return to the country, migration policy, creating conditions for qualified specialists, including technical specialists. Today, fundamental work is being carried out to this end.

2025 will be a special year in the history of Zhanibekov University. As a result of collective research, scientific responsibility, and the perseverance of our researchers in modern directions, our university is working on 13 scientific projects, winning grant and program-targeted funding competitions.

🔹Project topics range from the digitalization of the educational process to artificial intelligence, the development of rural schools, predicting the emotional state of students, instilling national values, and increasing the research competence of teachers.

📈 Today, the total amount of financing for all projects is more than 1,000,000,000 tenge.
