On March 31, 2026, in accordance with the approved schedule of live online broadcasts on social media, State Labor Inspector for the Karaganda Region O.A. Ponomareva held an informational and explanatory live session on the topic: “Disciplinary Actions.”

During the broadcast, key provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, No. 414-V LRK, regulating issues of holding employees disciplinarily liable, were reviewed. Participants were informed about the grounds for applying disciplinary actions, their types, the procedure for their documentation, as well as the time limits for their imposition and the possibilities for appeal.

Listeners received detailed information about the rights and obligations of employees and employers when applying disciplinary measures.

Such online events contribute to improving the legal awareness of the population and clarifying the norms of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
