On March 11, 2026, in accordance with the approved schedule of live online broadcasts on social media, State Labor Inspector of the Karaganda Region K.S. Saibekova conducted an informational and explanatory session with the public on the topic “Disciplinary Misconduct.”

During the online broadcast, the main provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V ZRK were explained, including the concept of disciplinary misconduct, the grounds for bringing employees to disciplinary liability, and the procedure for applying disciplinary sanctions.

Participants of the broadcast were provided with detailed information about the rights and obligations of employees and employers. Such online events are aimed at increasing the legal awareness of the population and explaining the norms of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
