Islamabad, 10 September 2025 – Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin held a meeting with representatives of the business community of the large industrial city of #Gujranwala.

During the meeting, Y.Kistafin reported on the results of the official visit of the delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs M.Nurtleu to Islamabad, the agreements reached on the development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan, including the establishment of international transport corridors and the expansion of business ties.

The ambassador shared Kazakhstan's medium-term plans, noting the growing trade turnover and the interest of the business communities of our countries in strengthening cooperation in various areas: agriculture, the IT industry, the textile industry, etc.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of a delegation of representatives of the city of Gujranwala to Kazakhstan.
