On September 15, 2025, the state bailiff of the branch "Territorial Department of Compulsory Enforcement of the City of Petropavlovsk" of the RGU "Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region" Isakanova Zh.B. held a reception for citizens to provide free legal assistance to the population within the framework of the narrative "Law and Order". The citizens who applied were given explanations to the questions they had received. In addition, citizens were explained about the implementation and use of the chatbot.
