From September 9 to 11, 2025, in Kathmandu, Nepal, the Kazakh delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Seilzhan Akhmetov took part in the 6th Belt and Road Initiative Tax Administration Cooperation Forum (BRITACOF), organized by the BRITACOM Secretariat.

       During the forum, topical issues of tax policy and administration, the exchange of international experience, as well as the introduction of innovative solutions in the tax sphere were discussed.

       Within the session on Application of Digital Technologies, Deputy Chairman of the SRC Seilzhan Akhmetov delivered a presentation and showcased a video highlighting the steps taken by Kazakhstan to digitalize tax administration, including the implementation of modern electronic services and the development of analytical tools.

      The Republic of Kazakhstan continues to strengthen partnerships within BRITACOF, making a significant contribution to the creation of a transparent and sustainable tax environment in the region.
