A native of the village of Karabulak, Sairam district, Shymkent city, Kuat Fazylovich Kyrykbayev is an exemplary specialist who has been working faithfully in the same institution for many years and has shown perseverance in his professional path.

Kuat Fazylovich was born on April 6, 1969. In 1976, he entered the Karl Marx School and graduated from it in 1986. He began his career as an ordinary worker, and from 1987 to 1989, he honorably fulfilled his civic duty to the Motherland.

In 1991, he was hired as a fitter and repairman at the Shymkentmay plant and began to contribute to the development of the enterprise. As a result of his hard work and responsibility, in 1997 he was appointed foreman. Since 2012, he has been working as a mechanic in the preparation shop. Kuat Fazylovich, who has been successfully working in this position to this day, is proud of his work.

A secondary-educated, married man, father of four children and grandfather of four grandchildren, the life path of an experienced specialist with 33 years of work experience is an example for the younger generation.
