The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to exclude force majeure circumstances, reports the following.

On July 3 of this year, an online platform was launched in the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter -AR) in order to simplify the registration of border insurance contracts for owners of vehicles registered in other countries who do not receive a Green Card. www.tpl.az .

The platform allows vehicle owners to sign an insurance contract online before entering the country, without wasting additional time and waiting in queues, as well as making payments electronically.

The Embassy also notes that currently in the Republic of Armenia, border insurance contracts are issued by employees of insurance companies at checkpoints (hereinafter referred to as checkpoints) of the state border.

At the same time, starting from October 1 of this year, registration at the checkpoint will be suspended and the conclusion of border insurance contracts will be possible only in advance – through the online platform. www.tpl.az or by contacting insurance companies operating in the Territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
