The passenger customs declaration is accepted and the result of providing public services is issued by the service provider upon submission of a paper copy of the declaration to an official of the state revenue authority authorized to perform customs operations related to the release of goods for personal use, or through the electronic Government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter - the portal), as well as through mobile applications (for example, e-salyq Azamat). 

The core requirements for providing the public service "Acceptance of a passenger customs declaration," including the characteristics of the process, form, content, and result of the provision, as well as other relevant information, are set forth in the form of a public service standard. This standard aligns with Annex 30 to the Order of the Acting Minister of Finance dated July 10, 2020 No. 665, taking into account the specifics of the public service's provision.

​To receive this public service, service recipients must provide the Passenger Customs Declaration (PTD) in accordance with Article 176 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated December 26, 2017 (hereinafter - the Customs Code).
