On October 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the Sectoral Council on private education at the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhetisu region was held.

The main purpose of the meeting - objective and comprehensive consideration of problematic issues of entrepreneurs operating in the field of education, as well as ensuring their readiness for the upcoming changes in legislation. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, employees of the Department of State Revenue in the Zhetisu region, as well as heads and representatives of private educational organizations (schools, colleges, training centers).

The key topic of discussion was the changes in the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coming into force from January 1, 2026. The employees of the DGD provided detailed explanations of the changes concerning the activities of private educational organizations, including the taxation procedure, conditions for the application of special tax regimes and new rules for reporting income and expenses. The professional explanations of the DHA specialists will allow entrepreneurs to prepare for the upcoming fiscal reforms in a timely manner.

The joint work of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the State Revenue Department is an important step aimed at developing entrepreneurial activity in the field of education, eliminating legal gaps and increasing the efficiency of interaction between the state and business.
