Islamabad, October 31, 2025 – Online negotiations took place between the President of the Boxing Federation of Kazakhstan S.Mutalip and the President of the Pakistan Boxing Federation, Lt. Col. (R) Muhammad Nasir Ijaz Tung.

Following the talks, the presidents of the boxing federations of the two countries signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Furthermore, an agreement was established to create a roadmap for the years 2026-2027, which will outline specific actions aimed at enhancing collaboration between the two federations.

It is important to highlight that Kazakhstani boxers performed exceptionally well at the Asian Youth Games, which occurred in Bahrain from October 22 to October 31, 2025, securing the top position in the overall final medal standings.

Additionally, in September 2025, Kazakhstan's boxers achieved first place, earning seven gold medals at the World Boxing Championships held in Liverpool.
