The premiere of the animated film "BalaZan – From Childhood on the Path of Law," created at the initiative of the city police department with the support of the city administration, took place in Shymkent's Central Park. The first episode of the cartoon was shown outdoors on a large LED screen, and the event attracted over 500 children.
The project aims to foster a legal culture among the younger generation, prevent juvenile delinquency, and promote the ideology of "Law and Order." The cartoon aims to convey to children the importance of law, justice, and public order in an engaging and accessible manner.
The animated film's main character, Bars, symbolizes Kazakhstan's independence and strength. He teaches children values such as honesty, respect, and following the rules.
As part of the premiere, various interactive and educational activities were organized for children. Participants took part in a quiz on traffic rules and learned about the work of dog handlers, forensic experts, and special police units.
A photo exhibition dedicated to the police service was presented.
The festive atmosphere was enhanced by performances by puppet theater artists, the Shymkent Circus, and stage productions by young traffic inspectors. The event concluded with a concert for children and parents, after which the participants released colorful balloons into the sky—a symbol of good wishes and peace.
According to the project's creators, "BalaZan" is more than just a cartoon, but an educational initiative that helps children understand the value of law, justice, responsibility, and the desire to contribute to society.
