As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on November 4, 2025, the head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, Aliya Amanzhulova, held a personal reception for citizens of the Akimat of Kostanay region.
Explanations were given to all citizens who applied in accordance with the current legislation.
Personal receptions make it possible to significantly strengthen feedback from the population within the framework of the concept of a "listening" state and respond to citizens' requests in a timely manner.
