New norms and appointment procedure Housing assistance is intended to cover part of the following expenses for low-income citizens: * Utilities: water, light, heating, gas; * maintenance of Housing and adjacent territories; * major repairs; * communication services (for example, subscription fee for the phone); * rent for housing received from the state housing fund. The application can be carried out in two ways: 1st eGov.kz through the portal (the service is called "assignment of Housing Assistance"). 2.in person at the Public Service Center (PSC) at the place of residence.
