The Samar district Prosecutor's Office conducted an analysis of ensuring the rights of citizens with disabilities.

It was found that 39 citizens, including 7 minors, need Invataxi services.

However, since 2022 (since the formation of the district), invataxi services have not been implemented under the state social order in accordance with the legislation.

The district akimat did not adopt a resolution on expanding the category and list of consumers. According to the district prosecutor's office, the akimat has taken measures to ensure the accessibility of transportation for people with disabilities.

27 million tenge has been allocated from the budget, a specialized vehicle for transporting people with disabilities has been purchased, and a driver's staff has been opened to ensure continuous transportation.
