Chairman of the Territorial Electoral Commission of Kurchatova B.T. Following his trip to Astana on November 5, 2025, Mubaryakov held a training seminar on "Organizational aspects and practice of the electoral process".
Members of precinct election commissions took part in the training seminar. During the event B.T. Mubaryakov familiarized the participants with the basic principles and practices of the organization of the electoral process in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Slides and video material were used during training.
At the end of the seminar, the chairman answered the participants' questions and exchanged opinions.
