On October 6, the Saken Seifullin Central Library hosted an informational hour, "Lyrics of the Art of Kui," dedicated to the 205th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh kuyshi composer Shygayuly Dauletkerey.

During the event, information was presented about the life and creative path of the famous Kazakh kuyshi composer Dauletkerey Shygayuly, and excerpts from his favorite kuyshi were performed. An educational video entitled "Dauletkerey's Legacy – the Eternal Music of the Kui" was shown, and a bibliographic review of the book exhibition "Life Woven from Kui" was conducted. Students of Secondary School No. 30, Bolysbek Inkar and Bolysbek Sezim, performed the song "Zhekpe-zhek" by Dauletkerey Shygayuly, and a student of Secondary School No. 10 named after Shokan Ualikhanov, Azhibay Rasul, performed the song "Alash amanaty". And the music teacher of Secondary School No. 30, Arailym Aidarkhanovna, performed the song "Merekem" and gave the readers a wonderful mood.

Students from Shokan Ualikhanov Secondary School No. 10 in Taldykorgan and Secondary School No. 30 in Yntymak village actively participated in the event, sharing their thoughts on the importance of the art of kuy and fostering a sense of respect for national culture.
