The event was aimed at developing an effective corporate culture based on the principles of honesty, transparency, and accountability in team management, as well as raising the level of legal and ethical awareness among civil servants.

The seminar addressed the following topics:
• Leadership ethics and demonstrating consideration, respect, and support for initiatives with subordinates;
• Compliance with standards of official conduct and business etiquette;
• Prevention of violations and timely prevention of ethical risks within the team;
• Key anti-corruption principles: transparency of processes, prevention of abuse of office, personal responsibility;
• Procedure for reporting corruption offenses and guarantees of protection for those reporting corruption;
• Compliance with work discipline, rational use of work time, and performing tasks outside of working hours only on the basis of an official order;
• Smoking ban in government buildings;
• Preserving and respecting family and national traditions, nurturing youth in the spirit of honesty, hard work, and respect for elders.

In conclusion, the importance of a leader's personal example in fostering an atmosphere of trust, integrity, and a high work culture was emphasized.
