On October 18, 2025, as part of the republican environmental campaign "Clean Kazakhstan", a clean-up work was organized in the Enbekshy district along E. Spatayev Street. The staff of the district akimat, employees of the Enbekshy KMU, Inteko Group LLP, as well as local residents actively participated in this event. The main goal of the clean-up was to increase the ecological culture of the district, keep the streets and courtyards clean, and promote responsibility for their native land among residents.
During the weekend, public places and sidewalks along E. Spatayev Street were cleaned. Garbage was collected, roadsides and pedestrian paths were cleaned. In addition, grass was mowed, dry grass and bushes were removed. All work was carried out at a high organizational level, as more than 65 people and several units of special equipment were involved in the event. For example, municipal service specialists and volunteers worked as a team, paying special attention to cleaning each street and each area from garbage.
The main feature of the Sabbath was the activity of residents. They did not limit themselves to collecting garbage, but also participated in events to promote environmental culture, explaining to everyone the importance of cleanliness and order. Schoolchildren and students, working in their groups, distributed information leaflets, gave residents advice on how to sort garbage, send it for recycling, save water and electricity, and protect nature.
– Dear residents! A clean, comfortable and attractive district is our common responsibility. By keeping our yards and streets clean, we can enhance the beauty of our hometown. We invite all of you to actively participate in Sabbath activities and contribute to cleanliness and order! – said the staff of the Enbekshy district akimat.
During the organization of the Sabbath, the district akimat developed a special plan in advance. According to the plan, the most polluted and dangerous areas were identified, and each group was given its own route. The necessary tools and equipment were distributed, and each participant was explained the procedure for sorting garbage. This approach is aimed at increasing the ecological culture of residents, protecting nature, and forming responsibility starting from their own yard.
During the event, public utility specialists strictly observed safety measures. They observed rules such as the proper use of equipment and tools, traffic control, and prevention of injuries to team members. In addition, during the Sabbath, additional trash cans were placed and residents and passersby were warned not to litter.
The participation of residents was the most important part of the Sabbath. They contributed their share and set an example of protecting their native land. Young people and children, as a group, not only collected garbage, but also showed that it is important for each person to maintain an ecological culture. This event became an important event that set an example for leaving clean nature for future generations and changed people's attitudes towards nature.
During the weekend, environmental information stands were set up. They provided information on garbage sorting, waste recycling, preserving greenery, and ways to protect nature. In addition, quizzes and environmental games were organized for children and teenagers, giving them the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge about environmental protection.
The weekly clean-up on E. Spatayev Street contributed to the beautification of the district, the cleanliness of public places, and the increased responsibility of residents towards nature. Such events teach residents to keep their yards, streets, and the entire city clean. Since weekly clean-ups are held regularly, residents are constantly involved in keeping their city clean and protecting the environment.
At the end of the event, the district akimat and municipal service specialists thanked all participants and awarded them for their activity and contribution to protecting their native land. Based on the results of the Saturday, a final report was prepared and plans were made for where cleaning activities should be carried out in the future.
The Sabbath on E. Spatayev Street not only increased the unity of residents, but also allowed them to show their love and responsibility for their native land. Thanks to the cleaning work, the streets have become more attractive and comfortable places. Residents can relax and walk in neat and tidy places without litter.
Such events are aimed at raising the environmental awareness of the population, forming a culture of environmental protection and calling on every citizen to take a responsible approach to the cleanliness of their native land. The "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign is not just a cleaning campaign, but an important measure to form a culture of loving their native land, protecting the environment and leaving a clean nature for future generations.
As a result of the Senbilik, not only did the ecological situation in the district improve, but also the interest in cleanliness, order, and ecological culture among residents increased. If such campaigns were held regularly, every street and every yard of our city would be clean and comfortable.
