The Social Services Portal is designed to provide individuals with disabilities with technical aids and rehabilitation services (TARS) with the ability to independently select a Provider. Interaction between the Recipient, Provider, and Authorized Body occurs within the framework of the Agreement concluded through the Portal.

Providers are required to provide goods and services strictly in accordance with the information posted on the Portal. Any additional terms, promotions, advertising, or offers of additional goods, services, or rewards are prohibited. The Recipient pays only the difference between the cost of the selected TRS and the guaranteed amount established by law.

If any violations, signs of fraud, or imposition of additional services are detected, Recipients are required to report them to the authorized bodies. This information may serve as grounds for removing the unscrupulous Provider from the Portal registry.
