In accordance with the directives of the Head of State outlined in the 2025 Address — aimed at the large-scale integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the work of government agencies — the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a training session on the use of the National Artificial Intelligence Platform (NAIP).

The session was led by Laura Azhbagambetova, Manager of the Artificial Intelligence Department at “ GovTech Qazaqstan” JSC. During the training, she presented the functional capabilities of the NAIP, developed under the state digital transformation program, and provided a detailed overview of the prospects for implementing AI solutions in the operational activities of National Guard units.

The training program included a demonstration of the platform’s key modules:

• an AI-powered translator for document flow;
• an automatic meeting-protocol generation system;
• work with the Gemma model — an analogue of ChatGPT;
• and tools for creating custom AI agents designed to automate internal processes.

All operations and demonstrations were carried out within a secure, closed ETS environment, ensuring a high level of information security and excluding internet access.

In the future, this will enhance the efficiency of modern AI technologies, accelerate the processing of official information, improve the quality of administrative decisions, and optimize workflows across military units.
