As part of the information and explanatory work among the population, on December 4, 2025, the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund will hold the traditional "Open Day" event in an online format.

As you know, the UAPF pays great attention to improving the financial and legal literacy of the population of Kazakhstan. In the first 9 months of 2025, the branch's specialists conducted more than 38,000 presentations at enterprises and organizations in remote settlements, attended by more than 781,000 people. More than 395 thousand requests received through various feedback channels have been processed.
Having gathered the most important topics discussed by depositors and recipients, the Fund's specialists decided to hold a question-and-answer session. During the upcoming meeting on December 4, UAPF specialists will tell participants about the possibilities of using the Fund's online tools and services provided to monitor their retirement account, the procedure for applying for payments to improve housing conditions and/or pay for medical treatment (EPO) and the responsibility of the UAPF and authorized operators in this process, and the reasons for changes in investment income. and about the calculations of payments according to the schedule to persons eligible for pension payments. In addition, the responsible employees of the regional divisions will answer other questions of interest and provide individual consultations to the participants of the event.
The meeting will be held in an interactive online format, which will allow everyone to participate in it. We hope that the event will be useful for both depositors and journalists involved in covering topics related to Kazakhstan's funded pension system.
