Special events were organized in secondary specialized educational institutions of Shymkent within the framework of the "Clean Kazakhstan" environmental project. One of them was an environmental campaign held at the Polytechnic College of Shymkent. The main goal of this event was to increase the responsibility of young people for environmental issues and form a culture of environmental protection.

As part of the event, students discussed environmental issues and considered whether environmental responsibility falls on the individual or the state. During the eco-debate on the topic "Are environmental issues the personal responsibility of each citizen or the duty of the state?", students discussed responsibilities and obligations in the field of ecology with concrete arguments.

During the debate, the "Support" group expressed the opinion that the state should play a leading role in ensuring environmental safety. They raised the issues of adopting environmental laws, strengthening industrial control, and developing waste management systems, noting that these issues are the responsibility of the state.

The "Against" group believed that environmental culture should be an individual action of each person. They argued that society can implement measures such as sorting garbage, saving natural resources, and participating in the volunteer movement on its own. The students also focused on international experience and the achievements of various organizations.

Another important event on the topic of ecology was the competition of scientific projects in biology "Young Defenders of Nature". Participants of the competition defended their research work and presented projects aimed at increasing respect for nature and a sense of responsibility. This competition increased the interest of young people in nature protection.

During the event, an art gallery titled "Cleanliness Starts with Me!" was also organized. Students creatively expressed their thoughts on the topic of ecology and expressed their views on the issue of environmental protection. This exhibition was an important tool for raising environmental awareness among young people.

The environmental campaign held at the Polytechnic College as part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" project encourages young people to respect nature, protect the environment, and contribute to environmental initiatives. Such events make a significant contribution to the formation of a positive attitude towards ecology among young people.
