Oskemen, December 9, 2025 – The Oskemen Customs Post held a round table on its site, dedicated to explaining the procedure for customs examination and inspection of goods and vehicles for participants of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA).

​The event was organized to increase transparency and understanding of customs control procedures, as well as to strengthen cooperation between customs authorities and the business community. Attendees included representatives of the customs service and experts in foreign trade

During the meeting, specialists from the customs post provided a detailed explanation of the procedures for conducting goods examination and inspection, outlining the specific documentation requirements, the rights and obligations of FEA participants, and the legal grounds for invoking additional forms of control. A significant focus was placed on strategies for reducing operational timelines and enhancing the effectiveness of interaction with FEA participants.

The participants of the round table had the opportunity to ask interesting questions in an open manner and discuss the difficulties encountered in practice. Representatives of the customs authorities gave detailed answers to all requests, noting their readiness to engage in dialogue for further cooperation.

As the result of the event, the participants stressed the importance of such a format of meetings, allowing to quickly receive information, improve the level of legal literacy and build constructive interaction with state bodies.
