On 10 December 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov participated and delivered welcoming remarks at the presentation of the «Strategic Vision for the Sustainability of the HIV Response for the period 2030+ in the Republic of Kazakhstan», organized by the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in Kazakhstan. During the event, participants discussed measures for timely HIV response, the implementation of modern prevention programmes, as well as ensuring access to quality medical and social services in partnership with the international scientific community. In his speech, Zh. Abdrashov reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s commitment to protecting public health and enhancing citizens’ well-being for a safe, inclusive, and sustainable future.
