In order to develop customer–oriented customs administration, improve control efficiency and strengthen public service standards, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan summed up the results of the annual campaign "The Best Customs Post".

The assessment was carried out according to the criteria approved by SRC Order No. 1059 dated October 28, 2025. When determining the winners, key performance indicators were taken into account: compliance with customs control deadlines, the average time for processing declarations, the dynamics of the average customs value and other parameters reflecting the quality, transparency and effectiveness of activities.

The customs post "Pavlodar – Customs clearance Center" became the winner in the nomination "For contribution to public projects".

In the incomplete year 2025, about eight thousand declarations for goods were processed at the customs post. Additional reserves in the amount of 300 million tenge have been collected in the state revenue, and the forecast plan for the receipt of customs payments and taxes has already been completed.

In addition to their effective professional activities, customs officers are actively involved in the social and sports life of the Department. Every year, on Children's Day, they organize contests and holiday programs for children. In the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the staff, on their own initiative, laid flowers at the Eternal Flame, paying tribute to the memory and respect of the heroes.
