From January 1, 2026, the norms of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan come into legal force.

 In order to uniformly understand and apply the norms of legislation when assigning and registering tax audits, the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Committee on State Revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an online training seminar with video conferencing of all areas, in which representatives of specialized departments of territorial Departments of State Revenues took part.

 During the event, the seminar participants received comprehensive answers to their questions.
