On December 9, 2025, the Head of the Consulate of Kazakhstan in Bandar Abbas (Iran), D. Duisebay, met with the Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran on the Kish island, E. Tekiehsadat.

During the meeting, ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the regions of Kazakhstan and Iran in tourism, culture, education, trade and other areas were discussed.
