In Shymkent, the planned implementation of the Green Beam District Modernization Concept continues. In honor of Kazakhstan's Independence Day, the city's mayor, Gabit Syzdykbekov, presented keys to new apartments to twenty families previously residing on Transportnaya 5 and Nurlybayeva 2 Streets.

Since the Concept's implementation began, 103 families have been relocated from the district. Residents have received comfortable housing in the Shymkent City and Turan microdistricts. The apartments, fully finished, match the number of rooms previously occupied and are fully occupied.

The mayor of the city congratulated the families on their housewarming and the national holiday, wishing them health, prosperity, and success in all their endeavors.

"The modernization of the Zelenaya Balka district is primarily aimed at improving the quality of life for residents. We are consistently creating comfortable and safe living conditions, providing modern housing that is fully occupied," noted City Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov.

It is worth emphasizing that the work on resettling and providing city residents with comfortable housing within the framework of the Concept will continue in stages.
