Ankara, December 15, 2025 - Within the working visit of Ambassador Yerkebulan Sapiyev to the provinces of Adana and Gaziantep, meetings were held with a number of major industrial enterprises, as well as with the Chairman of the Adana Chamber of Industry, Zeki Kıvanç, and the Governor of Gaziantep Province, Kemal Çeber.

During the discussions, the current state and prospects for the further development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries were addressed, along with issues related to deepening interregional ties.

In particular, opportunities for cooperation in the food industry, the production of hygiene products, plastic and textile manufacturing were explored, as well as the establishment of agricultural machinery production in Kazakhstan, the localization of joint manufacturing facilities, and the participation of Turkish businesses in investment projects in Kazakhstan.

As a result of the meetings, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of Turkish companies to Kazakhstan with the aim of further expanding cooperation and gaining a more detailed understanding of the country’s investment opportunities.
