A new service is available in the PSC application for issuing a power of attorney for receiving services in a special center

In order to develop the digitalization of public services and increase their accessibility for citizens, NAO State Corporation Government for Citizens has introduced a new digital service "Registration of Power of Attorney" in the PSC mobile application.
This service allows citizens to issue electronic powers of attorney to receive government services in specialized PSCs (obtaining ready-made documents, registering and de-registering a vehicle, replacing/duplicating a vehicle's registration certificate and license plate). The process is completely online and takes only a few minutes. An electronic digital signature is used for signing, which guarantees the legal force of the executed document and ensures the protection of personal data.
"The launch of this service is an important step in the development of the digital ecosystem of public services. It makes obtaining the necessary documents faster, safer and more convenient, as well as reduces the likelihood of fraudulent schemes and interference by third parties," said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Management Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
The use of an electronic power of attorney eliminates the need to transfer documents to third parties and minimizes the risks of fraud. Direct interaction with government information systems ensures the reliability, relevance and automatic verification of data.
To use the service, you must log in to the PSC mobile application (available in the App Store and Google Play) using your IIN and phone number.
The cost of the service is 500 tenge for issuing one power of attorney.
The introduction of a digital service contributes to further improving the convenience and security of public services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
