On December 18, 2025, a roundtable discussion was held at the “Maykapchagay” Customs Post of the State Revenue Department of the East Kazakhstan region, featuring participants of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA participants). During the session, customs officers and FEA participants collaborated to test the "Goods Declaration" module of the Keden Information System. This module is designed to streamline customs procedures and facilitate the transition from paper-based documentation to a fully digital format. In particular, all types of requests sent to declarants have been automated, including the Requirement/Decision form for amendments to the Goods Declaration, the Goods Declaration Adjustment form, and others.
The procedure for submitting applications and the testing schedule is published on the test portal of the Keden information system at the link: https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz. It includes also information on the testing procedure, video tutorials, a user guide, answers to frequently asked questions, contact details, and functionality for submitting comments and suggestions regarding the “Goods Declaration” module.
The projected launch date of the “Goods Declaration” module is scheduled for the second ten-day period of January 2026. The module will be launched taking into account the submitted proposals and comments.
Dear Participants of Foreign Economic Activity, we encourage you to take an active role in the testing phase of this new module.
