Along with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the event was attended by Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Thematic sessions were organized as part of the conference, including "Green Development and Sustainability", "Digital Transformation and Connectivity", and "Developing a Social System for Finance, Human Resources, and Business".

Representatives of the business community of Central Asia and Japan also held meetings.

Following the official visit of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the results of the Central Asia - Japan Business Forum, more than 60 documents worth a total of $3.72 billion were signed between the Kazakh side and Japanese business structures.
