In the city of Aktau, in the course of a control purchase conducted by the inspectors of the Department of Technical Regulation and Metrology in the Mangistau region, the fact of the sale of diesel fuel that meets the established safety requirements was revealed.

According to the results of laboratory tests, it was established that diesel fuel of the DT-L-K4 brand meets the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 013/2011 "On requirements for automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, fuel for jet engines and fuel oil". In particular, the mass fraction of sulfur in the tested production was 115 mg/kg with an acceptable norm of no more than 50 mg/kg, which indicates an excess of the established indicator of 65 mg/kg.

In connection with the identified violations, the authorized body filed a lawsuit in court. The claim was satisfied in full by the decision of the specialized interdistrict economic court of the Mangistau region on November 19, 2025. The court made a decision to deprive the business entity of the right to own, use and (or) dispose of seized production - diesel fuel of the DT-L-K4 brand, as per the requirements of the technical regulations.

According to the court act, the specified product is subject to destruction, utilization or processing at the owner's own expense in compliance with the requirements of the authorized body and legislation, or export outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Conducting control purchases aimed at protecting the rights of consumers, ensuring the safety of citizens and observing the mandatory requirements of technical regulation in the market of petroleum products.
