On December 22, 2025, a round table was held at the «Auezhay Oskemen» Customs Post of the East Kazakhstan Regional Department of State Revenues, with participation of the customs post staff and representatives of foreign economic activity participants.

The event focused on the procedure for managing information in the «KEDEN» information system for goods declarations. Participants were briefed on the new automated and digital format of the declaration in accordance with EEC Board Decision No. 75, as well as on the testing of the «Goods Declaration» module, launched on November 3, 2025, and its planned implementation in the second decade of January 2026.

Additionally, clarifications were provided regarding the enhancement of user roles and the renaming of the «ASTANA-1» information system to «KEDEN».
