From January 5 to January 26, 2026, applications for the program of preferential housing loans for young people "Kostanai Zhastary" will start.
Participants are young professionals up to and including 34 years old, without restrictions on the field of activity.
Conditions: • work experience of at least 6 months (sole proprietor — at least 1 year);
* permanent registration in Kostanay region;
* lack of housing in the last 5 years;
* family income — no more than 150 MCI;
* participation of only one of the spouses.
🏠 Housing is purchased at the place of the main workplace.
After the selection, verification is carried out at Otbasy Bank JSC.
